Gates Data Master™ Cooling Hose
Overview:
The Gates Data Master™ Cooling Hose is engineered specifically for liquid-cooled Data Center environments where coolant purity, flexibility, and reliability are critical. Built with a peroxide-cured, zinc-free EPDM tube and flame-resistant cover, this hose ensures long-term performance under continuous operation. Its narrow profile and superior bend radius make it ideal for routing through confined spaces in rack-level cooling systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifold assemblies without compromising flow or durability.
Key Technical Advantages:
Zinc-Free, Peroxide-Cured EPDM Tube: Maintains coolant cleanliness and resists chemical degradation over time.
Flame-Resistant Construction: Meets UL 94 V-0 and UL 224 VW-1 standards for enhanced Data Center safety compliance.
Superior Flexibility: Allows tight-radius bends for easier installation in dense cooling layouts.
Wide Operating Range: Performs reliably from –40 °C to +100 °C (–40 °F to +212 °F).
Coolant Compatibility: Designed for use with glycol-water, dielectric, and deionized coolants.
Ozone and Aging Resistance: Maintains integrity in electronically active environments where ozone exposure is common.
Connection Versatility: Compatible with push-lock, lock-on, crimp, or clamp fittings for rapid, leak-free installation.
Data-Center Application Focus:
The Gates Data Master™ Cooling Hose provides dependable performance for modern liquid-cooling architectures, including direct-to-chip systems, CDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, and immersion-cooling loops. Its zinc-free EPDM construction prevents extractables that can contaminate coolants, while its flame-resistant and flexible design supports compact, serviceable routing in high-density installations. Engineered to exceed OCP standards for reliability and cleanliness, the Gates Data Master™ Cooling Hose helps Data Centers maintain uptime, energy efficiency, and long-term system integrity.
